Camp Highland Summer Camp
Summer Camp 2013 is anticipated to be the most exciting year yet at Camp Highland! This year, expect to be challenged in ways you have never been challenged before. Throw caution to the wind as you take a leap of faith on the Pamper Pole, or pull the release cord as you plummet through the canopy on the Drop Zone! Maneuver your way through our treetop challenge course, or take the plunge down the exhilarating 200 foot-long water slide! Maybe you'll want to rock climb your way up our 60 foot wall and then free fall your way down our new 800 foot-long zip line! Whatever it is that gets your adrenaline pumping, our Summer Camps are designed to challenge and encourage you in both high adventure, and more importantly in your faith! Don’t miss these six days of excitement, thrills, and Bible study all created with you in mind. Please Read - Important! Please click the "Apply" link below. Within the next few days, we will be processing your application by reviewing the grade and gender availability for this event. At that point, we will notify you of your enrollment status and you will receive an enrollment confirmation email. If there is no availability for the week you applied for, you will be placed on a wait list and then contacted to find out if you would like to chose another week. Also be sure to download and print out the Info Packet below. This packet contains important information, checklists, and driving dirctions.For more information on availability for a specific age/gender, visit our SPACE AVAILABILITY page. Note, however, that the information there is NOT live, but we make every effort to ensure it has enough information to help you make plans for the summer. Alpharetta Bus Pickup
Deadline to Register for the one-way bus pickup is Monday, 1 week prior to your child's arrival!
Please register on time if you want to ride the bus. Monday morning camper pickup is at Publix Supermarket: 980 Birmingham Rd., Alpharetta, GA 30004-4416. Bus will arrive at the Publix parking lot at 7:00, and depart for camp at 7:30. Please note that the bus is a one way ticket to camp. Camper pickup at the end of the week is in Ellijay and parents are encouraged to be at the closing ceremonies at camp on Saturday at 11:00am.If the location of pick-up changes for any reason, you will be notified by email at least 2 days prior to pick-up. If the time of pick-up is delayed more than 30 minutes for any reason, you will be given a phone call the morning of pick-up and informed of changes you need to be aware of.
We can assure you that your child/ren’s ride to camp will be fun and safe. Along with the driver, we will have three other staff members on the bus. They will be eager to get to know and engage your child/ren in activities or songs as they journey to camp. To keep everyone safe, we ask that all campers stay seated at all times and they refrain from being too loud. However, singing is accepted and encouraged.

This is why we have created an account specifically designed with you in mind. Through our Scholarship Program, parents can still send their children to Camp without breaking their wallets! No child should be turned away from Camp because their family cannot afford it. If you find the need for financial assistance then this scholarship is for you.
